How do I rent a space?
Getting started is easy! You can rent online any time from the comfort of your home, or stop by during office hours call or visit our facility. The online option is easy it allows you to pick your unit, sign our month-to-month lease, choose your gate code, and access hours. The system will email you the facility map.
Do you offer temperature-controlled units?
Yes, we do! It’s perfect for your items that need balanced temperatures to stay in the best quality.
What are the office hours?
In-person office hours are variable. Someone can be reached by phone Monday - Saturday from 9:30 am - 6:30 pm.
Am I required to store long-term?
No, there's no long-term commitment required. Whether you need short-term or long-term storage, we offer flexible options to suit your specific needs.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Paying your storage bill is easy and convenient. We offer online bill pay, allowing you to manage your payments from the comfort of your own home. Or your payment can be made by text or in-person thru the mailslot with your check or money order.
Is renting online difficult?
It is an easy process, however if you have difficulty, give us a call. We love to hear from our customers! Our staff can guide you through the simple online rental process or can prepare your rental contract over the phone. You can be confident in leaving a message before 3:30, that it will be answered within 2 hours. Let us know if you prefer texting or a phone call.
Is my storage safe with you?
Of course, it is! Our facility is well-lit, with security cameras, fenced and gated.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
To rent a unit, you'll need a valid form of identification, such as a driver's license or passport. Our staff will guide you through the simple rental process.
Plus you will need your homeowners/renters insurance information.
If you do not have insurance we offer three levels of tenant protection. Proof of insurance or our tenant protection is required. Our knowledgeable staff will guide you through the simple rental process.
When can I access my unit?
Our normal access hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 24-hour access is available.
Are you near Hudson, NC?
We serve Hudson, NC as well as West Lenoir, Cedar Rock, Warrior, and any other area in North Carolina that needs a safe and affordable place to store. We're also near Blowing Rock and Boone, NC.
