We rented a large storage unit to hold our furniture during a move. We had antique furniture that I was worried would get moldy especially after all of the rain during the flood but all was in excellent condition! We were also concerned about rodents and bugs moving in to find homes during the winter but not one sign of anything! Sam, the manager was very attentive in all questions and available when needed. Thank you!“

I rented 2 units from Sam for a number of years. The facilities were always clean and well kept. The security gate was always in good working order. I never had a complaint.
When I consolidated into one unit, it was noted and I was contacted by him. I had already paid for the month but Sam gave me a credit for one unit toward the rental of the other.
He has always been helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Due to moving to another town I have closed my second unit but wanted to provide this review for others so they are aware of the pleasure of dealing with Five Star Storage.
